For me I liked how when we arrived on the forecourt we weren’t pounced upon and followed around, this gave us chance to look at the cars until we approached them.
my son and i approached Lia and found her very welcoming. she was honest and more importantly not at all pushy which I hate in a car sales person and would immediately put me off! This was the most pleasant and stress free buying car experience I've had due to Lia and the fast turnaround sorting my sons new car out and to put such a smile on his face said it all to the service we got.
