    my son and i approached Lia and found her very welcoming. she was honest and more importantly not at all pushy which I hate in a car sales person and would immediately put me off! This was the most pleasant and stress free buying car experience I've had due to Lia and the fast turnaround sorting my sons new car out and to put such a smile on his face said it all to the service we got. Lia listened carefully, understood what I needed, and offered helpful suggestions without any pressure. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently, making the whole experience straightforward and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone so approachable yet organised.
